TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Only exchange is allowed, No refunds.
- Exchange will be done only in same type of fabric. For eg. (exchange cotton for cotton, silk for silk, etc.)
- Exchange should be done within 8 days of the product received.
- In case of exchange of any product, Please inform with Photo & unboxing video of the product on the company email address within 48 hours of the the product delivery.
- No exchange will be entertained if the product tag is removed or the fabric is washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Exchange will be done only for manufacturing defect and wrong product delivered.
- Exchange is allowed for the orders above 3 meters only.
- No exchange is allowed for, special discounted products or small cut pieces of the fabric up to 2.5 meters.
- In case of damage of the product during delivery, by the courier services, exchange will be done only after confirmation from courier company.
- Shipment status, tracking, & delivery of the product can be checked on respective courier company’s website. (we ship our products to you by reputed and authentic courier services)
- No amount of money will be refunded at any cost.
