Yarn spun on machines is called mill spun yarn and fabric woven on the hand loom with mill spun yarn is referred to as “Handloom fabric”. Handloom fabrics are woven by hand without the use of electricity. A handloom is a loom use for weaving fabric with hand. A loom is a device use for weaving fabric.
